Critical incident debriefing assists individuals with basic mental health first aid immediately
after an incident. In the following days, TFD Services provides follow up sessions through a structured process
in which the person can talk about their experiences.
In times of crisis organisations can often feel ill prepared to manage the psychological impacts
amongst employees. Arrangements for critical incident debriefing can be made with TFD Services to ensure the
psychological and emotional well being of employees has been considered before an incident occurs.
