Sara grew up in Brisbane, Queensland, and moved to Rockhampton in 2000 for university studies and a lifestyle change. After completing a Bachelor of Psychology at Central Queensland University, Sara gained employment in a number of community organisations providing a range of counselling services to individuals, couples and their families. Over time, and a couple employment changes, a real passion for working with people requiring behaviour modification and management to enable them to live more productive roles within the community emerged. Identifying a gap in local services, TFD Services was established to assist individuals, couples and families in a number of ways through providing professional and specialised services which can be incorporated into daily life for long term positive change.

Sara is a registered Psychologist with the Queensland Board of Psychology and an Associate Member of the Australian Psychological Society.

Sara holds formal qualifications as a mediator and is a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner registered through the Attorney General’s Department.

Sara has also had significant interactions with Not-for-Profit community organisation and has sat on a number of organisational and company boards. Currently Sara is a non-executive Director of Integrated Family and Youth Services Pty Ltd which is a company based in Maroochydore, Qld, which provides services to disadvantaged individuals and families throughout the East Coast of Queensland.

Katherine Keiler B Psych, Assoc.MAPS

Katherine is from the small country town of Monto, and strongly believes in the importance of quality, timely and effective services being available to regional and remote centres. "People from the bush have the same rights to access high quality treatment and care as those in the city". Katherine completed a Bachelor of Psychology at Central Queensland University and continues her education in the area's of Management.

Katherine is registered with the Queensland Registration Board for Psychologists in Queensland and is an Associate Member of the Australian Psychological Society.

Katherine has 6 years experience working in Government and community. Katherine has specific interests in industrial and workplace psychology, rural psychology, and life psychology. "I am passionate about the field of psychology and feel that everyone can benefit from understanding more about human behaviour and how we interact with each other, many people seek psychological support when faced with a crisis, I believe we can benefit from this support and knowledge in day to day life". Katherine has been a member of the TFD Services Team since September 2008.
