Online Consultations

PRIVATE, SECURE, PERSONALISED SERVICE

TFD Services provides a range of Online Services (also known as telehealth) as a convenient way for you to access psychological services and to remove barriers to engage due to location and/or health restrictions. Our psychologists are fully registered and services are offered using a video conferencing which supports secure confidential services.

Appointments are conducted in the same manner as a face to face appointment, such that you will still hear and see your psychologist using a virtual platform. There is no need for you to download or register for any programs. We simply send you a link at time of your appointment (either text or email) which you can then click to activate on any smart phone, or computer with web camera.

To get started, contact us by either phoning 07 4921 1140 or complete our contact form and we will arrange an appointment from there.

WHO IS ONLINE SERVICES FOR?

Online Psychological Services using private webinar services, such as Zoom, are convenient for people that have difficulty travelling to appointments either because of distance/remoteness, health restrictions, mobility problems, or anxiety issues which prevent you leaving your home, people with childcare commitments or simply those with a busy work and travel schedule.

All you need is a computer, a reliable internet service, and a private uninterrupted space in which to hold your psychological session. We ask for the same attention and focus within sessions that you would have coming into the physical office.
